Fingers Crossed

Just practicing the now-popular "Enough Rain Already" dance in this part of the state!
We haven't experienced the weather that's left a path of destruction in some parts of the state and country, and we're very thankful. And we wish everyone effected by the damaging storms the best as they clean up.
But we are ready for some drying conditions so we can finish planting around here!
We've heard of some brave souls who tried to get back into the field a little ahead of the ideal conditions and ended up stuck in way too much mud. So here's hoping you haven't been in that situation.
If you've been searching our website and have some questions about a property, give us a call. We'd love to talk to you about it. And we'd really love to drive you by so you can get a good look at it.
If you're considering selling, this is a great time! We have buyers looking for cropland. The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago is reporting that it's farmers, rather than investors, who have purchased a larger proportion of the acres of cropland sold in the Corn Belt. That's consistant with the crop land we've sold this year. If you agree this is a good time to consider selling, give us a call! We'd love to talk to you about how The Harrison Company can help you look over the options and decide what would work best for you and your farm property.
